Denny has played with EMSO on a number of occasions in the past and is spending the 2024-2025 season as a permanet sub with the orchestra.
Denny retired as a software engineer and then turned horn playing into a full-time occupation. He now plays with several community groups including Camerata Brass, the UWRF Symphony Band, the Twin Cities Horn Club and the St. Croix Valley Symphony Orchestra.
Denny received a bachelor of arts in music education a long time ago. He has been a house builder, cabinet maker, electronics technician and finally retired as a software engineer.
He lives in Afton with his wife Kate, his dog Finn.
