East Metro Symphony Orchestra (EMSO) is pleased to present Symphonie Fantastique. This concert will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 2499 North Helen Street, North St. Paul, MN 55109. Admission to this concert is free. Donations in support of the orchestra’s work in the community are always appreciated.
Spooky vibes abound for EMSO’s fall concert. The performance will begin with Modest Mussorgsky’s chaotic and ominous classic Night on Bald Mountain; and Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, one of Edvard Grieg’s surreal pieces based on the Henrik Ibsen 1867 play. The featured performance of Hector Berlioz’s Symphonie Fantastique, the dark and dreamy five-movement symphony about a composer’s obsession with a beautiful actress and terrifying visions will complete the concert.
All EMSO concerts are free and admission is at the door.
